How to turn off AutoPlay Video Option in Faceebook

There is an option has been introduced by Facebook that all the videos in your FB Home or where ever you see that will be auto playing, That is a good option but it is waste of your data, so the best thing is turn off that to save your data, to do that follow these steps.

Frist go to the settings like below

Then select the option name called “Videos” where on left side bottom.

Now you can see the option Auto-Play Videos under Video Settings, and it is on default settings, change it as “Off” and also change the quality of the videos,
